How much do you charge?All Bridal Party Members $150.00pp Additional Wedding Guestsfrom $80.00pp Wedding Trial $150.00 (1.5hrs) Out of Salon Fee $100.00 (within Port Fairy) Travel Fee $100.00 per hour (outside Port Fairy) Hair Extensions POA Sundays & Public Holidays will be charged at a higher rate.

Who will be doing my hair?Jessica Taverna-James is the director of styling at Salt Hair Port Fairy. Jessica is known for effortless glam and professionalism. Jessica has a wealth of experience having trained with Shauna Elizabeth, Paula Hibbard, and worked alongside the incredible Caterna D Baise at Miss Universe. For large wedding parties Jessica will be assisted by another stylist.

Do you travel?Yes, we travel for bridal parties only. Please refer Q1 for pricing information.

Do I need a trial?Yes, it is compulsory!! Your trial is a 1.5hr appointment and will cover 2 styles. The trial is as much for you as it is for Jessica, to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Refer to Q1 for pricing.

When should I have my trial?We suggest 1-2 months before your wedding date, if possible.

What do I bring to my trial?Inspiration photos, accessories, your veil and hair extensions (if required). Please also bring along a notebook, any questions you may have, and an open mind.

When and how do I book / pay?Please complete our booking form below. You will then be contacted within 7 days to confirm your booking. We ask for a 50% deposit upon booking. All deposit are non-refundable. Payment is made in full the week prior to the wedding.

Do you provide a makeup artist?No, but we can highly recommend local artists if required.

What products do your use?We use KERASTASE, EVO & ELEVEN Australia.

When should I have my colour done?The week before your wedding is best for all colours and treatments. This give time for the hair to settle, but still look and feel fresh.

Is there anything else I need to know?All the finer details will be provided to you at your trial. We will discuss timing, how long it will take, what to do with your hair the day before, etc. Please come prepared with any other questions you may have, and a notebook. We will contact you via the details provided on your wedding submission within 7 days. If you do not reply within 7 days of contact, we will assume you do not wish to continue with your booking. TRIAL NO SHOWS, without communication, result in an automatic cancellation of your wedding booking. We understand that wedding preparations can be stressful and we always try to be accommodating to your needs. We kindly ask that you treat Salt staff with kindness and respect in return. Salt Hair Port Fairy reserves the right to decline service to any wedding party if we believe we are not the right fit for you or your guests.
