APPOINTMENTS

Please take careful consideration when making your hair appointment.

We kindly request 48 hours notice for cancelling and/or rescheduling appointments. 

A deposit or card number is required for all appointment bookings, at the time of booking.  On the day of your booking your deposit will be deducted off your account. 

No Shows will be charged 100% of their booked service cost & all future appointments will require a deposit to secure the booking time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled service.

If you are unwell, we simply ask that you reschedule with as much notice as possible. This also applies to the Salt Team. lf a team member is unwell you will be contacted immediately to reschedule your booking.

Last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our small business, implementing a 48 hour cancellation fee is just a small step we are taking to cover the running coast of our beautiful salon.

Children are welcome at Salt Hair, however for the safety and comfort of all our guests we 

ask that you closely monitor your children at all times. 

Our pricing is GST inclusive and subject to change without notice.

REMINDERS

Automated text message reminders will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Respond by SMS with YES to confirm or NO CANCEL.

Please note: not replying to your reminder text may result in your appointment being cancelled.

COMPLIMENTARY
CONSULTATIONS

If required, you can book a

complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss the services best suited to you and your hair goals. We will discuss associated costs, process and time requirements, your goal colour or style may require 2 or more sessions.

 

We ask you to bring in your inspiration photos, have clear communication of what you love and what you don't. Most importantly we ask for respect when we offer our professional opinion  as we may refuse service if we do not feel comfortable with your request.

7 DAYS
GRACE 

We offer all of our guests 7 day's grace from the day of their service.  If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your service and modifications are required we ask you to contact the salon within 7 days so adjustments can be made accordingly.  Please note we do not offer financial refunds.

We can not guarantee our colour work in the salon or after your service if you choose to use non professional hair care or swim in chlorine.

BOOKING
DEPOSITS

New guests and all online bookings are required to pay a booking deposit.

 

Deposits will be deducted

from the total service price or transferable with 48 hour notice to another date or time.

Online cancellations without rescheduling will result in a credited to your account. If your cancellation is outside our 48 hour cancellation policy please contact the salon for a deposit refund if required.
